Dlearn – European Digital Learning Network – è un’associazione composta da più di 20 membri provenienti da tutta Europa che lavorano nel campo dell’educazione e formazione e ICT e vuole affrontare le sfide poste dalla trasformazione digitale in relazione alle opportunità dell’apprendimento e al miglioramento nell’acquisizione di competenze digitali.
Il 47% degli europei non presenta un livello di competenze digitali sufficiente per rispondere alla sempre crescente richiesta di quest’ultime, in un mercato del lavoro sempre più digitale. Infatti almeno il 90% dei lavori, nel prossimo futuro, richiederà un certo livello di abilità informatiche.
Nell’ambito delle sue attività Dlearn, insieme a European Association of Career Guidance e European Association of Erasmus Coordinators, sta promuovendo un’indagine per raccogliere dati e spunti sugli sviluppi futuri dell’educazione in un mondo sempre più digitale. L’iniziativa ha ricevuto il plauso della Commissione Europea conferito a Dlearn come membro della Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition.
L’indagine è promossa attraverso le sole forze dell’associazione, i suoi membri e le organizzazioni affiliate, senza l’utilizzo di altri fondi pubblici. Tutti gli operatori impegnati nei settori Educazione degli Adulti, Scuola, Formazione Universitaria e Formazione professionale sono invitati a rispondere al questionario.
Attraverso l’indagine “What do you think about the future of digital Education and Training in EU?”, Dlearn vuole comprendere il punto di vista di chi lavora nell’educazione e formazione con un approccio dal basso, che comprende tutti i paesi europei. L’intento è quello di raccogliere quanti più dati possibili da chi giornalmente opera in questo ambito e può suggerire miglioramenti e cambiamenti.
I risultati saranno pubblicati attraverso un rapporto e presentati in occasione della conferenza annuale dell’European Digital Learning Network il prossimo 19 ottobre a Bruxelles. Durante l’evento sarà possibile commentare i dati con gli stakeholder del settore e le Istituzioni Europee, al fine di portare l’attenzione su problematiche specifiche, rilevate durante l’indagine, ed influenzare le politiche future.

AN INTERNATIONAL SURVEY ABOUT DIGITAL COMPETENCES AND THE FUTURE OF EDUCATION IN EUROPE
The European Digital Learning Network – DLEARN – aims to embrace the challenges brought by the digital transformation in terms of digital skills mismatch and digital learning opportunities. The 47% of Europeans is not properly digitally skilled, yet in the near future 90% of jobs will require some level of digital skills.
Dlearn is an association made of more than 20 members based all over Europe, belonging from the field of education and training and ICT. In the framework of our activities Dlearn, in cooperation with the European Association of Career Guidance and the European Association of Erasmus Coordinators, is promoting a survey to collect trends and ideas about the future development in Education and Training, in the era of digital transformation. The initiative is part of the Digital Skills and Job Coalition’s pledge awarded to Dlearn and its not granted through public funds. Everyone working in the fields of Adult education, School, Higher Education or VET is invited to take up the survey.
Through the survey “What do you think about the future of digital Education and Training in EU?” we are keen to understand the point of view of the professionals in education and training with a bottom-up approach, that will be shared among all European Countries and EU institutions, thus to collect a feedback from people that deals daily with improvements and changes in education and training.
The survey results will be presented during the annual Conference of the European Digital Learning Network that will be held in Brussels on the 19th of October 2017. The event will be the occasion to discuss the findings with all relevant stakeholders and EU institutions, in order to drive the attention on specific education and training issues and guide future policies.
